JUST SAY ONCE BEATS JUST SAY NO!
If you're as old as I am, you've 'been around the block' a time or two. You may have fought in the frontline trenches for -- or against -- the Govt's "War Against Drugs". Maybe you've been wounded; arrested/incarcerated for using/selling drugs, or, dealt with loved ones who've had trouble with "substance abuse". How about having to put up with someone watching you pee in a bottle, or giving up other types of invasive "samples"?
If you're like me, you grew up hearing all the Gov't propaganda against this "drug" and that, right? But there on the other hand were those alcohol and tobacco ads on TV!! THOSE were drugs,too. They made you look smart and sexy and were produced by conglomerates that the Gov't was subsidizing and were worth millions of dollars... and they were 'OK'. What was NOT OK was to grow/share/sell those mysterious 'other drugs' the Gov't supposedly didn't indulge in and/or couldn't TAX or regulate since they were, after all, just weeds and cacti and flowers etc... Since they lit up a cigarette instead of a joint after work it was important to come up with a slogan to justify this nonsense... and it was: "JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS". For most people, that probably is just the way to go. Curious and rational people STILL should be free to choose, or not to choose, to engage in legal entheogenic drug activities. The posession and use of Salvia is pretty harmless and NOT illegal, not YET. My advice is JUST SAY ONCE TO SALVIA before it's made TOTALLY illegal in THIS Country as it HAS BEEN, recently, in Australia... Norway... Denmark... Israel... Italy... Finland... South Korea... Belgium etc.
Will the whole USA be NEXT? At least a few States have had pending legislative bills aiming to make Salvia a "scheduled drug"... and in fact, Salvia is now ILLEGAL -OR- AGE REGULATED in the States of Louisiana, Missouri, Delaware, California, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee etc - AND - the U.S. military! The Gov't -- for it's own narrow-minded and misguided reasons -- wants to turn spiritual seekers into CRIMINALS for utilizing a NATURAL ENTHEOGENIC PLANT... a plant that has been used for centuries, resulting in no known deaths/killings and no known potential for addiction. C'mon America -- haven't we learned enough ALREADY about what works and what doesn't from Prohibition in the 1920's and the right-wing Republican JUST SAY NO scares of the 1960's? What really horrifies the lawmakers is that we just might think for ourselves, outside the spin zone of what THEY consider important, newsworthy, or "REAL". HA!! Do we REALLY need another unenforceable law that will limit the ability of people to SEE BEYOND THE MADNESS of our currently accepted (and sometimes sick) society and lifestyles?? Gimmie a BREAK!!

Let's do what it takes to educate ourselves, each other, and others on WHY we Just Said Once the very first time and what Salvia has had to offer... and how it's changed our lives.
